Welcome to the Snackwear "Spin to Win" promotion! By entering your email address and spinning the wheel, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Eligibility

The "Spin to Win" promotion is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

 

2. How to Enter

To participate, you must enter a valid email address into the "Spin to Win" widget on the Snackwear website (https://snackwear.shop). Only one entry per person/email address is permitted. Automated entries or entries generated by scripts, macros, or other automated means are void.

 

3. Prizes and Discounts

The "Spin to Win" wheel offers various discounts and prizes, which may include, but are not limited to:

•       5% Off

•       10% Off

•       15% Off

•       $10 Off orders over $50

 

The specific prize won is determined randomly by the widget software at the time of the spin.

 

4. Redeeming Prizes

If you win a discount or prize, a unique coupon code will be displayed on the screen and/or emailed to the address provided.

•       Coupon codes must be entered at checkout to apply the discount.

•       Only one coupon code can be used per order.

•       Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or previously discounted items unless explicitly stated.

•       Prizes and discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

 

5. Expiration

All "Spin to Win" coupon codes expire 48 hours from the date and time of issue, unless otherwise specified in the email containing the code. Please ensure you use your discount before it expires, as expired codes will not be reissued.

 

6. Email Marketing Consent

By entering your email address to participate in the "Spin to Win" promotion, you expressly consent to receive marketing and promotional emails from Snackwear. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our emails. However, unsubscribing will not affect the validity of any coupon code you have already won, provided it has not expired.

 

7. Modification and Termination

Snackwear reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the "Spin to Win" promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change the prizes, discounts, and the odds of winning at our sole discretion.

 

8. General Conditions

Snackwear reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the promotion, or who violates these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Snackwear is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed data transmission, or any other errors that may occur in connection with the "Spin to Win" promotion. By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Snackwear and its affiliates from any liability arising from your participation in the promotion or your acceptance and use of any prize.
